We have a community pool and hired Lanterra to service it weekly. They are extremely responsive and transparent. We switched to them and they immediately identified issues that were ignored by our previous company. They send a detailed email report after each service with chemical levels and photos. They show up when they say they will and do a great job. Best of all, their pricing is extremely reasonable. Chad and Grant are extremely knowledgeable about pools, polite, and communicative. I sleep better at night knowing they are handling our pool so I don’t have to worry about it.

Great pool service companies are hard to find. Lanterra has been the exception. Grant takes good care of my pool and when repairs are needed, quickly diagnoses and schedules repairs. Chad and Grant are fair with pricing and Jason does a great job on the repairs when needed. They are prompt, trustworthy and professional. Glad they bought my former pool service company out and are providing top notch service!

We had struggled for 20 years to find a reliable and quality pool maintenance company. At last we discovered Grant from Lanterra Pools! Our pool had significant algae issues and even had some minor equipment issues. After interviewing several pool companies - we decided to give Lanterra pools a 30 day trial period because Grant promised we would experience a world of difference in how our pool equipment was operating and also how it looked. Within two weeks we can honestly say our pool has never looked this clear other than during pool startup 20 years ago. In addition - Grant took great pride into making this pool “his pool”. He also has a wealth of knowledge about the pool equipment and pool chemistry. Incredibly his price is exactly what we had been paying for years - though not getting near the quality of work which Grant has exhibited. We highly recommended Lanterra pools as Grant has made a believer out of us. Grant is the absolute best pool tech out there bar none!

I switched to Lanterra at the recommendation of a neighbor due to poor service from another company. My pool and equipment are quite old and I have a lot of trees around, so it hasn’t been the easiest pool to take care of, but these guys have been great at helping me to identify and correct issues (equipment issues, leaks, organic debris) and it has improved my water quality greatly. They’ve even made repeat visits to double check that things are looking good before the weekend (when we swim the most of course). I would recommend these guys to anyone who isn’t happy with their current service - give them a try!
